A collection of landscapes from Norway, Yellowstone, Toronto, just about anywhere but Western Canada.

Western Alberta and British Columbia seem to be a constant source of amazing images, like nowhere else.

The historic town of Niagara on the Lake, the Niagara River and the Falls of Niagara themselves are a very special place to find image sources.

One of my favourite challenges is portraying the figure and portrait.  Translating an image into a painting that accurately describes such things as skin tone, musculature, structural features, and trying to organize it all into a pleasant composition.

Ships, boats, river cruisers, square rigged, yachts under repair, rusty old fishing boats.  Just about anything that floats or tries to float, or did float.
